While today the Toucan is vibrant with a long beak good for eating fruits, in 1,000 years it could look very different. I believe that the Toucans beautiful and vibrant collors might fade and turn dull. This will allow the bird to blend in better with its surroundings instead of sticking out like a sore thumb to predators. The Toucan eats the fruits grown off the the trees in tropical rainforest but those might soon disappear due to climate change. Its beak might change as well. Instead of a large beak its beak might shrink down in size so that is better to eat grains and seeds found on the forest ground. Their tails might get shorter as well so not to add extra attention to themselves. So yes, I believe that in 1,000 years the Toucan will change to something very different from what it is today.
