Ocegris

For my animal I chose an ocelot which currently lives in a rainforest. Due to climate change in a thousand years my animal may live in a savannah, since it has a different habitat one of my adaptations is less animal print. Since it needs to blend in with its surroundings there is less animal print and the color is a bit lighter and less noticeable so it can blend in. Another adaptation is a shorter tail. Since a savannah is more open, chances of being seen are higher so when it runs the tail will not weigh it down, because ocelots have fairly long tails. So in one thousand years I think an ocelot will have less print, a lighter color, and a shorter tail.
