The Big Sloth

The sloth is known to be the world's slowest mammal. As a result of this slowness that it has, it makes it harder for the animal to live. My prediction for the sloth is that in 1,000 years it will be larger and taller so it is able to still reach the food that it likes to eat in the trees. The animal's metabolism will also begin to speed up over time. This will help the animal to get away from predators in time and not be killed so easily. It will also help the animal to reach home quicker and their food. This will also eventually make them into a bigger species and be able to defend themselves in a more efficient way.
