Climate change will cause the temperature to rise, thus melting glaciers and making sea levels rise. Rainforests will get more rainfall and over thousands of years become completely submerged in water from both that and the rising sea levels. Poison Dart Frogs, an amphibious animal, will begin to need to live purely in the water. Through natural selection, the frogs who are better able to survive underwater will reproduce, creating a species better suited to complete underwater life. This will include gills to breathe underwater, bigger webbed hands and feet for faster swimming. Their skin will slowly change into a shade of blue so that they blend in with their new environment. The frogs will also be a much bigger species, so that they aren’t eaten by the other fish living near the surface. Their diet will grow to include plants near the surface as well as bugs and minos.
