Piranha

Global warming makes the lakes a little bit too cold, so the piranhas have to go upstream to the oceans. Then since it’s saltwater, they evolve to be more sleek and it helps them to maneuver better since the other fish are also evolving. This gives them better defense against the sharks. They also evolve to be omnivores.
