Margays are small wild cats that live in Central and South America. They are nocturnal, solitary, and lives in deciduous forests. They are well known for their ability to climb almost like a monkey. They are currently enlisted as endangered. Due to pollution and the fires currently going on there will be no trees for Margays to climb. And since 2008 they have been listed as endangered because of hunting. They will adapt by having darker coats to blend with the dirt and have sharper claws to dig because there are no trees and there will probably be rodents underground.
