Sloths

The tropical rainforest animal that I will be talking about is sloths. They can be 2 to 2.5 feet long and, depending on species, weigh from 8 to 17 pounds . Sloth's fur grows a lot of algae, which gives them a greenish look. This helps him blend in with the rest of the forest. Despite what sloths look would suggest, they are actually good swimmers. The earth is getting hotter and hotter each year which will then lead to glaciers melting and less land. Due to climate change, a thousand years later, I think the sloths will not live in the trees any more, they have to swim and find food in the water to survive. The sloths will have straighter and webbed claws. They will lose almost all their fur and their hind legs will be longer and stronger.
