We may make a special area for them. Like a zoo, or locations for just wild animals to stay. Because of that their diets will change in some ways, some may start to become omnivores. If they can’t find any animals to eat they might start eating vegetables or perhaps fruits. If they adapt like this we’ll be able to repair their wounds maybe putting trackers or robotic body parts.
