This animal is a Toucan. The toucan lives in the rainforest where it uses its beak to reach fruit on trees. This is why their beak is shaped like it is. However, in the future, I predict that the rainforest will be less prevalent. With deforestation and global warming, food for toucans may be more scarce, as well as water. This new beak has a suction cup at the bottom and an upturned shape at the end. This allows toucans to scour the floors of the rainforest in search of food that has fallen or bugs that may be crawling on the ground. They are also able to collect water in their snout that they can store for later.
