Deers

My project is about deers. Deers are very cool animals, they live in the cold temperatures up to 30 degrees below zero. Deer hunt for their food 1 hour before it gets dark. Deers only eat 1 time a day. There are over 60 different species of deer worldwide. A male deer is called a buck. Each year their antlers fall off and regrow. Deer live in wetlands, forest, grasslands, rain forests, also near rivers and streams. When people get too close to their home, deer will even make themselves comfortable in urban settings. Deer do not hibernate so when nighttime falls and the temperature is freezing cold they find a warm spot to sleep like under a pine tree. During summer time the deer are usually in the thick forest, since there is plenty of food there.
