Sloths are slow-moving mammals that spend most of their lives in trees. Sloths live in the tropical forests of Central and South America. They can swim but can’t really walk. But still life for sloths is getting harder every day. Climate change, hunting, cutting down their homes (trees), and fires. And the problems are worsening. In the future I predict that the rain forests won’t be rain forests; they will turn into dry forests because of climate change. Sloths will be losing their homes because of the use of paper and furniture, and mostly sloths will be closer to extinction because of us, people. I think that sloths will try adapting to live underground in the day and will become nocturnal, and start eating insects. At night, when it is cooler they find some leaves on the trees that still aren't chopped down and find water. Sloths need our attention.
