adaptations of the future

This is my adaptation. This adaptation involves with crabs. Over the course of hundreds of years, crabs have developed the skill of getting smaller. They use this skill when they are barricading themselves between the crevasses of rocks. They started doing this more frequently due to climate change. They developed this skill over that course of hundreds of years. My drawing represents the change in size of the crabs that is needed for this adaptation. The crabs look almost the same, but the main reason that causes the shrinking is them breaking free from the shells which makes them smaller. This also makes it easier for them to get through small and compact spaces. this is my adaptation that crabs have developed over hundreds of years.
