In the rainforest of Asia, lives our Asian Palm Civet. Related to felines, inhabit and hunt in trees. This animal has a long body covered in grey hair. Its ears, muzzle, and lower legs are black. Its body length and weight are about the average home cat. It has an unwinded tail. Civet is an omnivore and its diet consists of fruits, insects, and small animals. The Civet is a Nocturnal animal. The future Civeta has many adaptations that will help it survive. Civeta will lose their thick fur to adapt to climate change. Its tail becomes more prehensile, to grasp on to trees to escape predators. Whiskers will become more sensible and longer, to feel and navigate while hunting. Ears with tassels would help to catch air vibrations to help catch sounds in daily life. Finally, Civeta will orientate with less sensitive eyes at night and day time.
