In recent years, scientists have become increasingly aware of climate change. It is affecting the rain patterns in the rainforest, that lead to drought and higher temperatures. Climate change is having an impact on frogs. In illustration 1 the frog's color is a vibrant green, skin is shiny and moist. There are lots of plants, trees, and water to rely on in the rainforest. In illustration 2 the appearance of the frog has changed to mostly brown. The skin appears to be thicker and drier. This new frog had to adapt to new conditions. In order to survive the frog needs to be able to camouflage. The frog's diet also changed, it eats little bugs that live in tree bark. Climate change has a permanent effect on the world. Hopefully the animals will be able to adapt rather than disappear.
