The toucan is a bird that habitats the upper canopy of the rain forest as well as other birds. As global warming arises over the years, many species have gone instinct because of that, and not is estimated that the toucan is going on the endangered list as well. But what if, as the earth evolves the toucan can evolve with it? For example, instead of living in the upper canopy, it can live under-ground or on the forest floor like a mole? This phenomenon would take thousands of years to occur, but it is possible. For the change to happen the toucan would have to evolve to have, a bigger beak, smaller body size and, large claws. With this body, it can easily move just like a mole would if it were to live underground. This is how the toucan can adapt over hundreds and thousands of years.
