Currently the Capuchin monkey lives in Brazil and parts of Latin America. They live in the rainforest which has a lot of fruit trees and lush vegetation. The climate is changing and it's getting warmer by the second. The rivers are rising as the temperature rises. It is raining more. It will get hotter and the lush vegetation will die. There will be less trees for the capuchin monkeys to hide in. They are losing their food sources. Currently they hide in trees to protect themselves from predators but when habitat changes they will lose trees and shrubs to hide in. They will take grass and weave it and make a Ghillie suit to camouflage. They will lose layers of fur to cool themselves down. The rivers are rising causing more water. They will adapt to grow gills to allow them to breathe underwater and find new food sources.
