The Great Hornbill

Due to climate change, many animals will have to adapt to their environment or become extinct. One of the animals that will have to adapt is the Great Hornbill. It’s an endangered animal, so survival is important. In this essay, I will talk about the change I made to the Great Hornbill in order for it to survive. The change I made to it was adding a scoop to the bottom beak. I put it there for it to pick up food while in the air. Many trees will be cut down to produce paper, so it won’t be able to nose dive down to catch prey. I think that will be essential to the Great Hornbill’s survival. In my opinion, if the Great Hornbill does not adapt, it will go extinct because it will not get the food it needs.
