Current day Frogs: Frogs are amphibious carnivores who live on every continent excluding Antarctica. All except one, the poison dart frog. The poison dart frog needs to live in a tropical environment with a diet of small insects making it a perfect location for the northern most part of south America. The best feature about the poison dart frogs is their skin culture which is a bright color that screams “don’t eat me I’m poisonous” scaring predators away. Frogs in 50 years: Poison dart Frogs are now a semi aquatic species that depend on plants and small animals to sustain themselves. Now they lay eggs like fish and are much faster under water with their hands replaced partially with fins. They also now have a white belly with black and a bright color painting their top making them poisonous looking to predators.
