In two decades it is very likely that we have the technology to resurrect the Woolly Mammoth. After all, we've resurrected many extinct species. The Woolly Mammoth went extinct thousands of years ago not millions. If it were millions, it would definitely be much harder because overtime, yes millions of years. The DNA, however, is fragile, and breaks down over time.
