The Jaguar is an animal that lives in the Amazon rain forest, a giant rain forest that is being cut down and it being burned at the same time. At this rate, the jaguar's habitat would turn into a desert.. The jaguar would have to change it's entire hunting style. The jaguar would have to hunt at night, when the desert is coolest and has more life, ergo more prey. During the day, it would commonly dig holes in the sand near a Playa (dry lake that fills when it rains) to promote stability. The jaguar would have large front claws for this. The jaguar would also possibly develop a stripe on it's back to regulate temperature. The jaguar would definitely be one to adapt.
