My animal is a jaguar. It lives in the Amazon rainforest by pantanal wetlands and it has very sharp claws, runs 50 mph. It does not have an animal that will mess with it and is on the top of the food chain. The jaguar is slowly losing its habit cause there are alot of fires it causes it to lose things that it needs to survive. There are fires due to degradation from selective logging ,fragmentation people are leaving fires by themselves. If the fires keep up the jaguar is going to lose a lot of things that it needs to survive like food and the trees and its habitat. Its spots may not be there in the future if we keep having fires. Its claws may get smaller and its tail may get longer; its teeth may not be as sharp.
