Creature Homelessness

When you think of homelessness you think of humans being homeless, but creatures can be homeless too. A lot of natural disasters are caused by an increase in global warming. If there was a very bad natural disaster that wiped main forests, this would decrease the availability of lumber. Because humans can be so greedy, people would start cutting down more and more of the rainforest. In my drawing I depict two different scenes. The left picture shows a toucan sitting on a tree with its burrow below it in the tree. The right picture shows a toucan sitting on the ground, which they rarely do, having to adapt by using its claws to dig a burrow in the ground. This would cause toucans to be more vulnerable to predators and the population would go down. We need to prevent these things from happening so our ecosystems can flourish.
