The Future Blue Front Amazon

The rainforest temperatures are going to rise each year due to global warming. Because of this, many of the trees in the rainforest will die. The Blue Front Amazon will need to adapt. Because it will be on the ground more due to less trees, they will not be as vocal and will have to be quiet to not to get eaten. The colors of the feathers will also adapt to a more dull color so they can blend in to not be seen by prey. Their feet will also adapt. Instead of having two front and two back toes, they will have three toes forward and one backward because they will be climbing less. Lastly, their nails will change to be a spoon shape, so they could dig in the ground to make a nest if they can’t find a tree hole to nest in.
