Red Footed Tortoise

The environment changed by the sun becoming many times more powerful, emitting more solar power; which, in turn, made the earth a lot hotter. To the point where trees light on fire occasionally and eggs could be fried on sand. The changes above made the Red Footed Tortoise to turn into more of a traditional tortoise: which helps with the heat but the fire proof, insulated patting on the head, back, legs etc is where the creature really excels. The creature is still an omnivore making it less picking and easier to find food. The now near everything proof tank tortoise is also nocturnal.
