Pangolins can roll in a ball to protect themselves. They have scales that can regrow. Their tongues can be longer than their entire body. This helps them to get food. Pangolins live in the subtropical and tropical forests from India and South China to Southeast Asia. They eat ants and termites. In the future, the pangolin will grow horns, spikes, and sharp claws to protect themselves from invasive species. If invasive species bite the pangolin, they will bite the long tail that can regrow. They will need a thin tongue to help them find ants in anthills because there will be less food because of climate change. It will need webbed feet on its hind legs to help it move in the water. The water will help it stay colder. It needs to turn brown and green to hide which will help it camouflage in its environment.
