Cassowaries

Cassowaries live in tropical forests on the forest floor and eat fruits that fall to the ground. In the future I predict that there will be less trees and it will be dryer and the rivers and pods will be smaller. To adapt to this new environment I think they will evolve to have wings so they can get away from danger because there would be less covered by the trees. In addition to this they would have an extra toe so they can hang onto tree branches. Their head would be more of a green color to blend in better and they would have a bigger beak and somewhat webbed feet so they could catch and eat fish.
