The California Tiger Salamander is an endangered species that tends to be seen in Sonoma County and Santa Barbara. These salamanders have black eyes and yellow like spots all over its body. Adult salamanders eat mostly insects while the larvae eat tadpoles, mosquito larvae, and insects like the adults. They also tend to live in grasslands that have ponds or pools. Since climate change has caused some things to change for the animals. I predict that the salamander would have to get used to not having so much water as they used to. Not only that but maybe their color would change to a bit lighter. So instead of black and yellow, maybe a light gray along with a very faint yellow. I can see them being very skinny because of the lack of food that is available to them.
