Amazon river dolphin is basically a dolphin that likes to swim in freshwater. They live in South America rainforest rivers. They are not just Amazon river dolphins, they are also called botos. If the water is darker the dolphins get pink and when the sun reys hit the sun they start losing the pink skin color. The only thing that will help them protect their bright hue is the Murky water. The dolphins can be found in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Peru, Venezuela. Amazon river dolphins have the biggest body and brains of any dolphin from the fresh water. The dolphins can go around 35 miles per hour. When the dolphins swim they are not able to move their head when they are not shifting their body. Their brains are mostly 40% larger than our brain. They are also the most intelligent dolphins on the river.
