Toco Toucans

Toco Toucans are middle-size birds that are usually black with a bright- yellow beak. They are the most known species of toucans. Some are unique with rainbow colors not just black feathers. These beautiful birds mostly live tropical rain-forests in South America. They live up top on rain forest trees, where they have their shade from the beaming sun. Toco toucans can grow up till 25 inches tall. Don’t even ask me about their beaks they are a long inches. Global warming has actually helped the toco toucans to move from Costa Rican lowlands to higher elevation cloud forests,where they now complete for tree-cavity nest space with resplendent quetzal. I predict the toco toucans will stay healthy with global warming since they are living their best lives now plus with their shelters and always being hydrated, they will be flying into the sunset!
