The Mountain Gorilla lives in the Rainforest at 8,000 to 13,000 Feet, they have thick fur to help them survive in their habitat for a habitat that often drops below freezing temperatures. The weight of a Mountain Gorilla is 440 pounds and there is only more than a 1000 left. They are dying from diseases like even the common cold can kill the mountain gorilla because the diseases are even more dangerous to them than humans. They are dying to habitat loss by cutting down their forest in 2004 by illegal settlers and because they are using the trees for charcoal making. In the future they might not even exist if we don't do something about this. We have to save them from extinction and climate change. The baby gorilla would survive longer because of climate change because of the thin fur but the older gorillas will die.
