The animal I chose is the leopard. Leopards are a type of feline that are found in sub-Saharan Africa, Northeast Africa, Central China, India, and China. Leopards can weigh up to 176 pounds (79.83 kg) at the minimum, they weigh 66 pounds (29.94 kg). Leopard spots are called rosettes because they resemble the shape of a rose. An article written in 2021 says that leopards are critically endangered. A survey was done in 2014, it said there were about 12,000 to 14,000 leopards in the world. Since, 2014 was 7 years ago there is a high possibility that the population is down more. A leopard species called Amur has less than 100 of it left. After Climate change, they may all be dead. Its habitat has already been decreasing so by the time climate change is over it is gonna be dead.
