Opika

My creature’s name is Opika, it used to have hooves, fur, and short lashes. But now it has scaly skin with stripes all over its legs and parts of its body to help camouflage in the Amazon sands of the new world. It now has wide claws instead of hooves to help grab and navigate the now rocky terrain. It’s now scaly skin will protect against the hot sands and keep its body cool. The long eyelashes help keep sand out of its eyes when traversing.
