The Common Potoo bird, a vertebrate that lives in rainforest and is the creature I have chosen for this project. When a baby Potoo bird, the eyes are all pupil and can’t see the other color for the eyes. It’s also good that they stay in there because of their feathers it helps them camouflage in the trees so animals cannot see or harm them. What they eat in general are insects such as beetles, moths, grasshoppers, and termites. There are also 7 different species for the Potoo bird. How they change are their eyes because they look more fierce and tuffer. They also have better sight and hearing in the future. Also they can fly at high speeds making it more difficult for prey to catch them. What they eat when older are the same things as when they were babies. Also their feathers change to a darker brown.
