Today the Jaguar lives in rainforests, it has plenty of water and food. It is a carnivore with sharp teeth. 1000 years from now, due to global warming, everything will change. Rainforests are all dry, with a lack of water and food. They needed to adapt. They needed to develop humps in his back to store fat, to stay cool in the hot weather. The humps will be used as a resource of energy and water. The jaguar has evolved into a herbivore because there are more plants. Their teeth will become flat, its claws will become larger, straighter, it uses its claws to dig a burrow in the soil. It will also become smaller and develop a thick layer of skin to protect them from the heat. This “new” species will be called the Jesmell.
