Jaguars are an apex predator, so they don’t have anything to fear other than humans. Jaguars can eat almost any type of animal, including tapirs, armadillos, deer, fish, wild pigs, capybaras, and other rodents. Jaguars are physically suited to living in the rainforest. They will probably lose their sharp claws to make less noise when living on grasslands. Their sharp claws/teeth will stay the same, but they will grow differently to get suited to living differently. Also, they will grow quicker reflexes. Food in the grasslands can be scarce, so they should stop consuming so much. They should be able to not eat anything for at least a few days. Bigger ears and longer limbs will help it move faster and discover its prey quickly. Because jaguars might start living in an area with lots of burnt trees, they will have gray and black tinges to their coat.
