Sloths

Today sloths live in high trees in the rainforest so predators don’t kill them. They move at night very slowly around the rainforest. They camouflage in green algae to hide from the scary predators. They have longer arms and legs to help them climb and to reach leaves to eat. They usually only eat leaves. In the future sloths will have to adapt to climate change. Sloths might not even live until climate change. They might go extinct soon. But if they do live longer they will have to adapt to have less fur on their body. In the future they might live underground and sleep. Sloths also sleep for 20 hours everyday. In the future their homes might be destroyed and they will have to live underground. They will have to try and migrate to another rainforest to stay alive.
