I predicted that in 1,000 years there would be less trees and it would be warmer. I think the gray Woolly monkey would grow claws and would have less fur so they are not as hot. I think the gray woolly monkey would grow claws because they could hang on to trees easier. Claws would also help them protect themself from other animals. the gray woolly monkey scientific name is LAGOTHRIX LAGOTHRICHA CANA also known as L. cana. The gray woolly monkey is found in south America in the Amazon rainforest in Peru and Brazil. The gray woolly monkey is most prevalent in non flooded areas. Gray woolly monkey’s live in trees 3,281 to 8,202 above sea level. Grey woolly monkeys can live to about 26 years old.
