Golden Lion Tamarin Monkey

The Golden Lion Tamarin lives in the coastal region of Brazil. It has a long orange tail and black long hands. Its black long hands are sticky to help it climb trees. The monkey has orange fur and its eyes are all black. The golden lion tamarin builds canopies from sixty to one hundred feet. Isn't that amazing! In the future, the Golden Lion Tamarin's name will become the Gillis. It will have to adapt to rising sea levels because it lives on the coast. To adapt to rising sea levels it will grow webbed feet and hands and it could possibly form gills to help it breathe underwater. This is why it will be named Gillis. It will also have to eat plankton instead of small insects when its environment gets covered with water.
