Future sloths will have less fur, tree camouflage, veins closer to the surface of their skin, and sharper claws. They will have much less fur due to global warming leading to overheating. New camouflage that makes them look like dry/brown trees on their claws on their backs, heads, and back sides of their limbs, to help protect them from becoming prey. They will have veins closer to the surface of their skin to help keep them cool. The last thing I gave sloths is sharper claws to help them climb/stick to trees because future trees are dryer and harder. They can also be used to cut through things. Sloths having less hair is a problem if they aren’t always in the shadows, they could get sunburned which will hurt them and can lead to extension over time. Just another reason to stop climate change right now!
