Most birds have gone extinct due to pollution. So the Spider-Tailed Viper has evolved to have a human hand attached to it's tail. It finds cemeteries and digs up graves and steals a hand every moth or so due to the hand decomposing. The Spider-Tailed Viper now hunts humans, due to all birds being extinct or seriously endangered. They also use the skulls of those same dug up bodies to disguise themselves.
