Red Tortoise

The present image is a drawing of a well-fed turtle surrounded by trees and perfectly fine. But in the future image, the turtle is much skinnier with a longer neck and there are fewer trees around than in the image before. The turtle has a longer neck simply because it will allow for the turtle to catch and find food in places the turtle’s body previously didn’t allow the turtle to go. To add on, the turtle is skinnier because it’s harder to find food than before. Furthermore, the disappearance of trees is due to the excessive amount of deforestation due to farming, mining, drilling, grazing of livestock, and forest fires.
