My Parrot Adaptations

I chose the parrot. I chose the parrot because it is a flying vertebrate, and I always wanted to fly. Although, I know I can´t. The trees get cut down, so the parrot has to fly farther to find a new home. I made the parrot's wings longer so it can fly longer distances. I did this because all birds need to have well shaped wings as well as light wings so they can fly. They won't be able to fly because if they have small wings and heavy wings it would be hard to get off the ground. I also made the lungs larger. I did this because if they had smaller lungs they can't fly as far. They won't be able to fly as far because they can't get as much oxygen. I chose these new adaptations so it can fly farther without taking a break.
