Capybara's adaptations

The capybaras webbed feet help it swim and move around in water. To escape from predators the capybara holds its breath for up to 5 minutes as a way to hide from predators. But In a while in Africa barely any water will be found so the animal will lose its adaptations. It would become skinnier and the feet would lose its webbed adaptation to swim. Its hair becomes all dark.
