Mountain gorilla

The habit that the Mountain gorilla is living in now is a lush, warm, wet habit. The trees are tall competing with each other for sunlight. In the future it might be different. It will change to a dry Savanna, increased temperatures, and poor soil, and less trees and this is all cause of deforestation and climate change. Because of increased temperatures the Mountain gorilla might have a lighter color coat to absorb less heat, but on top of that it would have a lighter black coat so it would still have camouflage. Along with fur the gorilla will have less thick fur to ensure it doesn’t overheat, but enough that it will still protect itself from mosquito bites. Since so many trees are going away because of deforestation the gorilla will instead of just having just large arm muscles it will have large leg muscles for running.
