The Red-Eyed Tree Frog population lives in rainforests that are growing smaller, as the problems that deforestation causes grow larger. When the rainforest becomes too small to hold this species’s whole population, they will immigrate to swamps, and will evolve from their brightly colored skin to brown colored skin so that they can blend in with the colors of the swamp.
