The brown-throated three-toed sloth lives in the Amazon Rainforest,in Brazil and Ecuador. Their way of surviving right now is with their fur, which is brown and grows algae so they camouflage with the trees. The predators cannot see them with their camouflage and how slowly they move. Even with these features, they cannot walk on the ground which will soon be a problem for the sloths due to deforestation. The Amazon rainforest is soon going to have very few trees. The sloths will have to learn to adapt to few trees, because they cannot walk right now soon enough they will be able to. With walking they will be more endangered by the ground predators which are Humans and Jaguar. The sloths will be able to make their way around walking and they do have their very strong swimming skills.
