The Evolved Capybara

A capybara is a cute caring animal with long, fluffy hair. From its buck teeth to its adorable paws, the capybara will steal your heart. Sadly the capybara might not keep this appearance in a few hundred to a few thousand years. In about two thousand years, I predicted that the capybara might look something like this. The same average size as it is in the present with longer claws to clear through brush and capture prey. The newly evolved capybara will also have very short hair because the new climate might be a lot higher than it is used too and will need a way to stay cool. The capybara´s new appearance might not be as cuddly and as cute as the present day one is, but at least we know that the capybara population won't go extinct for a very long time.
