The short eared dog changes

The animal that I have Chosen to do is the Zorro, or more commonly known as the Short Eared Dog. The Short Eared Dog lives on the forest floor. It has 42 teeth, and the normal height is about 28-39 inches. It feeds on fish, insects, and small mammals. Because of its webbed paws, many people think that it is semi-aquatic. The Short Eared Dog is rarely seen. It is going extinct because of habitat loss, expansion of hydroelectric dams, illegal hunting of prey, and disease from domestic dogs. What I will do to have it adapt is give them sharper, larger teeth to help kill its prey faster. I will also change its height to intimidate its prey. This is all to help its hunting, and will help it fight off its predators, which are ocelots, jaguars and pumas.
