Squirrel Monkeys As you know, there are a lot of different types of monkeys in the world. Well there is a specific type of monkey that is actually in huge danger! That monkey is the Squirrel Monkey. What is a Squirrel Monkey? A Squirrel Monkey is black on the shoulders with yellow-orange fur, and a white face. They like to eat nuts, insects, fruit, and bark. They live in the forests of Central and South America. They have the largest brains for their body mass among all of the world's primates. They can also live up to 25 years. The Future I think Squirrel Monkeys might change in the future because they are endangered by Raptors, Cats, and Snakes. So their only way of survival is to hide up and camouflage in with the trees. I think that Squirrel Monkeys will go extinct in the future.
