The Amazon milk frog lives on trees and other plants, coming down to the ground only when necessary. The frog has special toe pads that can easily climb trees and other plants. The lack of trees and overall vegetation would render the grippy pads useless. They would turn more reptilian, losing their stickiness and growing small claws for running on hard, dry dirt. It would grow small teeth to help it eat grass for nutrients. It would lose its grey and brown blob coloring for more tan/yellow and brown stripes. It would get small claws as stated before. The Amazon would lose all its trees and large-medium plant life, dry up dropping the humidity to nothing and drying up most if not all ponds, streams, and creeks
